Rajat Bhakhri - CEO & Founder

Rajat oversees Aeturnum's on-site consulting services, business development and provides managerial direction to the software development teams on key client engagements. Rajat hails from a data warehousing background and has designed key systems for the finance, retail, telco and software products industry. Prior to founding Aeturnum, Rajat provided consulting services to Putnam Investments and American Cyanamid. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Mike Knuts - Vice President of Business Development

Mike heads up Aeturnum's sales and business development efforts. His unique combination of experience as an IT solution provider, a hands-on IT manager and a business line IT user enables him to recommend and deliver strategic solutions to IT problems that meet the customer's short and long term goals. Mike's background includes considerable experience in the financial services field as an IT consultant, IT manager and a business line executive at Wells Fargo, CS First Boston Institutional Investment Services, Fidelity and Bank of New England. He was also the principal of Alchemy Consulting, an IT consulting and advisory firm he founded in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in Management from Boston College with concentrations in Finance and Computer Science.

Sashika Dias - Director of Engineering & Client Services

Sash heads client services in the U.S. and is also responsible for Aeturnum's Global Information Management Practice. In this role he helps clients with their information architecture including metadata, taxonomies, enterprise search and semantic tools. Sash's experience includes working with both startups and Fortune 500 companies, setting up, running and being part of project and program management offices (PMO's) as well as enterprise software development. He has been a panel speaker at many information management industry conferences and events, and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside (US) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Leicester (UK).

Hussain Shabbir - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of Operations at Aeturnum Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

Hussain is responsible for formulating Aeturnum's technical vision and strategy and advancing best practices in engineering and service delivery. He also manages Aeturnum's Global Engineering Process (GEP) which recently received a CMMI Level 3 rating. Additionally, he is in charge of Aeturnum's offshore development centre. Hussain is very active in the technology industry; representing Aeturnum as a Council Member at the Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) - Software Chapter, the national organization representing the Software Industry in Sri Lanka. He is the founding Vice President of the Sri Lanka Software Testing Board (SLSTB) – a non-profit, professional body established to promote and support the software testing sector in Sri Lanka and help fellow software testing professionals earn globally accepted qualifications. Prior to joining Aeturnum, Hussain was a Senior Consultant at Virtusa Corp. Hussain holds a BSc (Honors) degree in Information Systems from the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.

Menuke de Silva - Director of Engineering, Aeturnum Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

Menuke heads the software service delivery, engineering and resource planning functions at Aeturnum Lanka. He also manages the Enterprise Search Practice and is involved in envisioning search solutions in Sri Lanka and the APAC region. Menuke comes from an enterprise applications development background using Microsoft technologies and is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. He has been part of many technical implementations for Aeturnum's clients. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and is a member of the British Computer Society.
