Quality is an integral part of Aeturnum’s service and solution offerings. On average we spend one third of our project resources directly on QA related activities. Our QA team is an integral part of our Global Delivery process (GDP) and is involved in the project from the planning stage all the way through Customer Acceptance Testing. As a result of this involvement in the whole project life cycle, our QA team thoroughly understands the technical requirements, the business imperatives and ‘the intent’ of the project. The team is empowered by the management to stop any client deliverable if it feels that the correct level of quality has not been achieved.
This consistent emphasis on quality by the Aeturnum team gives our clients the confidence to integrate Aeturnum’s development directly into their products and solutions thus enabling them to achieve their time to market goals.
Aeturnum also offers its Quality assurance expertise as a ‘stand alone’ offering for its customers. This service has been used by our customer in a variety of scenarios:
Internal Engineering Team Augmentation: Aeturnum’s QA consultants work on site with the client engineering team to provide tactical help with development projects.
Outsourced QA Teams: Aeturnum’s QA teams augments the client’s engineering team by providing QA services to on going projects.
Quality Assurance of other Outsourced Projects: Aeturnum’s QA team performs arms length quality assurance audits of solutions and products developed by 3rd parties and enable our clients to make better decisions with regards to adherence to project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
